Most Frequently asked questions in case of Returns or Refunds are mentioned below:

1) Within how many days can I return the product and get refunds?

Currently, after the outbreak of COVID-19 Global Pandemic we have extended this time frame to 90 days after receiving the item. That means you return the item and get refund within 90 days after receiving the item. But you have to intimate us through email within 24 hours of receiving the item whether you have received broken item, or damaged item, or a faulty item, or a non-functioning item or a wrong product. This is to made ensure the genuineness of the claim. Once you have intimated us, you can take your own time to return the item and get refund.

2) Under what circumstances, can I return the item and get the refunds?

Ans: You can return the item and get refunds under any of the below mentioned circumstances.

  1. When you have received a broken item
  2. When you have received a damaged item
  3. When you have received a faulty item
  4. When Item received is not functioning as mentioned
  5. When you have received a wrong product. i.e. an item received is something else than what is ordered.
  6. When your receive items in proper condition but items gets broken, damaged or becomes non-functional after few days of usage.

3) What am I required to do exactly in case I want to return the item and get refund?

Ans. You can take any of the below mentioned steps whichever is applicable for you:

a) When you have received a “Broken item”

If you have received a broken item, simply email us the picture or video clip of the item within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our email ID is support@peterpatters.com

[Please note, an item is defined as “Broken Item” when there is visible crack has developed mostly during shipping and handling].

We will respond to your email within 24 hours of receiving your email. We may ask you to return the item.

In case we ask you to return the item, please ship the item to the exact address specified in the email.  Shipping cost has to be borne by you initially.  We will reimburse you the shipping charges after we get the item back.

Once we receive the item back, we will validate your claim and process your refund request thereafter and you can expect to get your refund within 7 days.

Alternatively, we may email you not to return the item if we can validate your claim just from the pictures or video clip sent by you. We will simply process your refund request thereafter and you can expect to get your refund within 7 days. 

Please note that you have 90 days time after ordering the product to return the item and get refund.

In case you don’t want the refund and want a fresh product, please let us know specifically. We will send you a fresh item without charging you anything extra immediately after receiving the returned item. Also, as mentioned, we will reimburse shipping charges borne by you in returning the item.

b) When you have received a “Damaged item”

When you have received a damaged item (may not be broken), simply email us the picture of the item within 48 hours of receiving the item, mentioning all details. Our email ID is support@peterpatters.com.

[Please note, an item is defined as “Damaged Item” when visible wear and tear has happened during shipping and handling.]

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. We may ask to return the item item to the exact address specified in the email.  Once we receive the item back, we will validate your claim and process your refund request thereafter and you can expect to get your refund within 7 days.

Alternatively, we may email you not to return the item if we can validate your claim just from the pictures sent by you. We will simply process your refund request thereafter and you can expect to get your refund within 7 days.

Please note that you have 90 days time after ordering the product to return the item and get refund.

In case you don’t want the refund and want a fresh product, please let us know specifically. We will send you a fresh item without charging you anything extra immediately after receiving the returned item. Also, as mentioned we will reimburse shipping charges borne by you in returning the item.

c) When you have received a “Faulty item”

When you have received a faulty item, simply email us the picture or small video clip of the item within 48 hours of receiving the item, mentioning all details. Our email ID is support@peterpatters.com.

[Please note, an item is defined as “Faulty Item” when its not functioning in a normal expected way. E.g. If a watch is although functioning but in a slow manner giving incorrect time, we say it to be faulty]

Please mention clearly in the email why you consider it to be faulty, as it may not be possible for us to validate your claim just by looking at the pictures or video clip sent by you.   

Please note that we track when you the exactly receive the item. So, please be punctual in emailing us within the timeframe mentioned above.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours of receiving your email. We may ask you to return the item so that we can find out the exact reason why it got faulty so that we can do the needful in future such things can be avoided.

In case we ask you to return the item, please ship the item to the exact address specified in the email.  Shipping cost has to be borne by you initially. About the possibility of reimbursement of your shipping charges, we will discuss below.

d) When Item received is “not functioning” as mentioned

If you have received the item, but the item is not functional, you can simply email us the picture or small video clip of the item within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our email ID is support@peterpatters.com.

[Please note, an item is defined as “Non Functional” when its not functioning at all E.g. If a watch is not functioning at all, the needles not moving in case of analog watch or there is no display in case of Digital Watch, we say it to be Non Functional]

Please mention clearly in the email the exact problem, as it may not be possible for us to validate your claim just by looking at the pictures or video clip sent by you.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. We may ask you to return the item. Once we receive the item back, we will send the item that you actually ordered. Also, we will reimburse you the shipping charges borne by you in returning the item.

Alternatively, we may ask you to keep the product that you have got with you, to avoid the hassle, and we will also send the actual item you have ordered. In this case, you can keep the first product as a gift from us.

In case you don’t want us to send the actual product you have ordered anymore and you simply want the refund, please let us know. We will process your refund request immediately after receiving the product back thereafter and you can expect to get your refund within 7 days.

You can email us the picture or a video clip of the item within 48 hours of receiving the item, mentioning the details. Our email ID is support@peterpatters.com.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours of receiving your email. We may ask you to return the item.
